We started our streaming dance fitness during the pandemic.It was the only way for us to support each other and overcome all the anxieties and fears by dancing .

We used Zoom and perfected the sound and video.Now you can join our classes from any part of the world to explore the different dance and fitness program we offer.You can have either unlimited monthly access to the classes or pay as you go using GymCatch.

We have a friendly community of people that share the love for dance.We became a dance family that welcomes all our members, truly cares of them and shares the philosophy of magic power of dance and music.
