After Covid a lot of people wanted to work out at home or couldn't get to live classes. I started offering Zoom classes that you can attend anywhere you have internet connection.
Zumba Toning is a body sculpting fitness class thats high energy cardio work to Zumba moves with lightweight toning sticks that targets arms, abs, and thighs.
